GRINDING/PULVERIZING: Ability to reduce the particle size of fibrous, crystalline, and amorphous minerals, chemicals and natural products to micron size. Air classified micropulverizer mills and hammer mills are available for a variety of grinding requirements at our Lufkin and Houston plants.

SIZING/SCREENING: Ability to separate larger particles by size utilizing triple, double, and single deck Rotex shaker screens. For micron size separations, air classification is available as a stand alone process at our Lufkin plant.

BLENDING: Ability to blend dry powders in quantities from 100 to 6000lbs/batch. Blending lines are separated by color to avoid cross contamination. Ability to spray liquids onto dry powders is also available at our Houston plant.

BAGGING: Ability to package dry powders in bags, pails, cans, boxes, bulk bags. Transloading of bulk bag material into smaller packages is available at both our Lufkin and Houston plants.

RECLAMATION/REWORK: Ability to salvage hardened or damaged dry powders for repackaging. Delumping and grinding services to return materials to their former particle size is available at our Lufkin and Houston plants.

PACKAGING: Ability to palletize, shrinkwrap, stretchwrap, cap and band, jungle box, or crate shipments for domestic or international destinations. A large assortment of packaging supplies is always in stock.

PELLETIZING: Ability to pelletize/densify pure or blended products resulting in reduced freight for bulky materials, elimination of dust and to reduce the time of addition of products to liquid systems. Available at our Reliable Equipment plant.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Ability to assist our customers in the formulation and evaluation of oil field and industrial chemicals to obtain required performance characteristics. Laboratory facilities, test equipment, and technical staff are available at our Payzone Testing Lab in Houston.

EQUIPMENT FABRICATION: ability to fabricate material handling and process equipment such as mills, conveyors, dust collectors, blenders, and bagging systems. Repair, rebuilding, and maintenance services are available at our Reliable Equipment plant.
